Some people have asked why I chose the name "Shamino." Shamino is a character from the Ultima series of computer games. In the game, Shamino is a ranger aligned with the attribute of spirituality.
Back in high school, I spent a lot of time playing Ultima IV. In college, I chose to call myself "Shamino" on BBS's, and have been using the name ever since.
It should be noted that I am not the only person on the internet that uses this name. If you see postings elsewhere by someone named "Shamino", it isn't necessarily me.
Photos of stuff that got stuck in MRI machines because someone didn't heed the warnings. The floor polishers are particularly amusing - I'd hate to be the janitor that had to explain what happened.
