Breaking matza in half - the Japanese way

A couple of videos over, they show how to remove potato skins from boiled potatoes. They cut around the circumference of the potato before boiling it, then put it in ice water for 10 seconds afterwards, and then pull the skin off easily from both ends. As a guy who mashes a lot of potatoes, I've got to say, this is genius!
