My Photo I'm Shamino and this is my blog. I write about whatever I like. Sometimes you'll agree, sometimes you'll think I'm insane, but that's part of the fun. Feel free to comment on what I write, but keep it civil. Spam will be deleted.

Some people have asked why I chose the name "Shamino." Shamino is a character from the Ultima series of computer games. In the game, Shamino is a ranger aligned with the attribute of spirituality.

Back in high school, I spent a lot of time playing Ultima IV. In college, I chose to call myself "Shamino" on BBS's, and have been using the name ever since.

It should be noted that I am not the only person on the internet that uses this name. If you see postings elsewhere by someone named "Shamino", it isn't necessarily me.
